●Cafe Q & Aの個人情報の取扱【プライバシーポリシー】について
Cafe Q & A は、「Cafe Q & A（以下「本サービス」といいます）」に登録する方(以下「ユーザー」といいます)のプライバシーを尊重し、ユーザーの個人情報(以下の定義に従います)の管理に細心の注意を払い、これを取扱うものとします。

◆個人情報
個人情報とはユーザー個人に関する情報であって、当該情報を構成する氏名、住所、電話番号、メールアドレス、学校名その他の記述等により当該ユーザーを識別できるものをいいます。
またその情報のみでは識別できない場合でも、他の情報と容易に照合することができ、結果的にユーザー個人を識別できるものも個人情報に含まれます。

◆個人情報の利用目的
個人情報の利用目的はユーザーからの本サービスへの問い合わせ、ユーザー登録に対応することのみに限られています。利用目的を超えて利用することはありません。

◆個人情報提供の任意性
本サービスの登録に必要となる項目を入力いただかない場合は、当サービスをご利用いただけない場合があります。

◆個人情報の第三者への提供
ユーザーの個人情報について、ユーザーご本人の同意を得ずに第三者に提供することは、原則いたしません。ただし、以下の場合は、関係法令に反しない範囲で、ユーザーの同意なくユーザーの個人情報を提供することがあります。
A. ユーザーが第三者に不利益を及ぼすと判断した場合
B. 公衆衛生の向上または児童の健全な育成の推進のために特に必要がある場合であって、ユーザーご本人の承諾を得ることが困難である場合
C. 国の機関若しくは地方公共団体またはその委託を受けた者が法令の定める事務を遂行することに対して協力する必要がある場合で、ユーザーご本人の同意を得ることによりその事務の遂行に支障を及ぼすおそれがある場合
D. 裁判所、検察庁、警察、弁護士会、消費者センターまたはこれらに準じた権限を有する機関から、個人情報についての開示を求められた場合
E.ユーザーご本人から明示的に第三者への開示または提供を求められた場合
F. 法令により開示または提供が許容されている場合
G.その他ユーザーご本人へサービスを提供するために必要であるとCafe Q & A が合理的に判断した場合

◆第三者の範囲
以下の場合に、個人情報の提供を受ける者は、第三者に該当しないものとします。
A.　 Cafe Q & A が利用目的の達成に必要な範囲内において個人情報の取扱いの全部または一部を委託する場合(なお、委託先における個人情報の取扱いについてはCafe Q & A が責任を負います。)
B.　 Cafe Q & Aの合併その他の事由による事業の承継に伴って個人情報が提供される場合

◆第三者提供に関する免責事項
以下の場合は、第三者による個人情報の取得に関し、Cafe Q & A は何らの責任を負いません。
A．ユーザー自らがCafe Q & A の機能または別の手段を用いて特定の企業に個人情報を明らかにする場合。
B．活動情報またはその他のユーザーがCafe Q & Aに入力した情報により、期せずして本人が特定できてしまった場合。
C．Cafe Q & A からリンクされる外部サイトにおいて、ユーザーより個人情報が提供され、またそれが利用された場合。
D．ユーザーご本人以外がユーザー個人を識別できる情報(ID・パスワード等)を入手した場合。

◆個人情報処理の外部委託
Cafe Q & A は、個人情報を取り扱う業務の一部または全部を外部委託することがあります。

◆個人情報の開示、訂正、利用停止
A．個人情報は、原則として本人に限り、開示、訂正、利用停止を求めることができます。具体的な方法については、お問い合わせください。
B．個人情報の開示のご依頼、ならびに開示の結果、誤った情報があり訂正のご依頼があった場合、本人であることが確認できた場合に限り、合理的な範囲（利用目的の達成に必要な範囲内）において速やかに対応します。

◆個人情報の正確性
Cafe Q & A は、ご提供いただいた個人情報を正確にデータ処理するように努めます。
ただし、ご提供いただいた個人情報の内容が正確かつ最新であることについては、
ユーザーが責任を負うものとします。

◆問い合わせ、登録システムの利用
Cafe Q & A の「問い合わせ、登録システム」サービスによりご送信いただいた個人情報は、問い合わせ、登録記録の目的で保管します。

◆個人情報の管理について
Cafe Q & A は、その管理下にある個人情報の紛失、誤用、改変を防止するために、適切なセキュリティ対策の実施に努めています。個人情報は、一般の利用者がアクセスできない安全な環境下に保管しています。

Privacy policy for Cafe Q&A

Cafe Q & A will respect the privacy of the registrant (the user) and will manage and handle the user’s personal information (described below) with the utmost of care.

Personal Information

Personal information is information concerning the individual user; this includes the name, address, phone number, e-mail address, educational and other descriptive information that may identify the individual user.

In addition, personal information includes information that can not be used to identify a user in its-self, but can be easily used to collate with other information and ultimately lead to identify a user.

The information we collect

Usage of information is limited to use when users contact us and in registration. 

The entry of personal information is voluntary

If information needed to register is not entered on the register form, you may not be able to use the service.

Provision of Information by third parties

In principle, we will not provide personal information that we have gathered to third parties without the user’s confirmation. However, under circumstances listed below, we may provide information  without approval from the user under the relevant laws and registrations.

A. When a user is judged to have exercised dis-benefit to at third person.

B. When we decide that it is difficult to obtain approval from the user and there is a need of information for the improvement of environment concerning matters decided unsuitable for the health of internet community.

C. When there is a need to cooperate with either government authorities, local public authorities or those who have been delegated with equal power and contact with the user may cause interference.

D. When there is a request for the disclosure of an individual by the court, prosecutor’s office, the police, bar association, consumer information bureau or any institution with equal authority.

E. When there is a request expressly from the user to either to disclose or provide information to  third parties.

F. When there is a registration approving the disclosure of information.

G. When Café Q & A has made a legitimate decision that the disclosure of information is needed in order to provide service to you and other users.

The third party

Those that receive information and described below are not to be third persons.
A. Third parties that have been relegated to collectively or partly manage personal information for the operation of Café Q & A ( Café Q & A will take full responsibility for the process and handling of personal information by consigned organization).

B. Those that have received information for the inheritance of the service from merging or from other reasons.

Disclaimer for sharing information with third parties

Café Q & A will have no responsibility for third parties collecting information about you in the situations described below

A. When you yourself utilize the features of Café Q & A or different methods and share personal information to a particular company.

B. When usage information or when data from other users of Café Q & A, happens to identify the user.

C. When user gives information to an external homepage that is linked to Café Q & A, and when that information has been used.

D. When persons other than the user have gained access to personal information (ID/Password/etc) that can identify the individual.

External relegation for process of individual information

Café Q & A may collectively or partly use a third party to process personal information.

The disclosure, correction and stoppage of use of personal information

A. Generally, personal information can be disclosed, corrected or stopped of use by the individual. For more information, please contact us.

B. When there is a request from a user, and can be identified as the user, to disclose or to correct information when there is a mistake from result of the disclosure, we will act legitimately (within the terms of use) quickly upon your request.

The accuracy of personal information

Café Q & A will do its best to accurately process personal data that has been collected from you. However, the accuracy and recency of the personal information is your responsibility.

Inquiry, use of registration

The information that you have sent through Café Q & A’s “Inquiry, use of registration” service will be strictly used for inquiry and the storage of registration data only.

Management of personal information

Café Q & A is doing its best to provide security for the prevention of loss, misuse, alteration of personal information that is managed in our trust. Personal information is stored at safe environment where third parties cannot access.
