Isn't it 「わよ」 instead of 「わよい」?
Isn't it said by the girl character in the anime?
In Japanese,「・・・わよ」 is used at the end of female's talk.
Men don't use it.
Basically,as follows.
いまからごはんをたべるわよ。can be said by women.
いまからごはんをたべるよ。 any gender can say this.
いまからごはんをたべるぞ。 can be said by men.
Their meaning are just same as "We are going to have a meal now"(いまからごはんをたべる、いまからごはんをたべます).
But by adding these suffixes , the impression to the others will be more friendly, more feminine or more masculine.
Hope it helps.
