I think there are more than a few good books that you can use to learn business english. However, the best one for you depends on your English level, the method of learning you find most useful, and maybe also a specialization within business (for example: project management, international business, product development, etc.).
If your English is more of a beginner's level, then a "Business English textbook" (focuses on learning English) is probably the best. One such book is Business English, now in it's ninth edition.
If your English is of a higher level, then I would suggest you do something that is more inline with the IHCWAY teaching method. Rather than getting a book that teaches you English, get one that teaches business. This will provide a more focused approach to learning vocabulary, ideas, and expressions that are relevant to your area of specialization. It is much more difficult than using a regular "Business English textbook", but I believe the payoff for the student is greater.
