We would probably never say something like this in English at a company.
The best I can add is something like, "I look forward to working here." You can say this after your introduction, but it is not really even necessary, and you wouldn`t go individually greeting everyone saying, "I look foward to working here!"
しいて言うなら、これもその場の状況によりますが、(文面か対面か)初めに、相手方を褒めるのが相当していると思います。
褒め言葉と感謝の言葉にalwaysをつけるとよりいいのではないでしょうか。

しかし、逆にメールなどのやりとりで「お世話になっております」を毎回含めますと、かえって相手にとってしつこく感じます。
ですので、内容やコンテクスト次第、「お世話になっております」を使い分けをすれば十分だと思います。

日本人としては、「御世話になっております」といわないと、何か落ち着かないですけど・・・特に仕事では。
どうしても言いたいなら、"Thank you for ---"とお礼の形式で、とにかく何かに感謝すると、高感度アップでしょう！
しかし、初めて会う相手にだったら、ふつうは"Nice to meet you"ですむのではないですか。
もしくは、普段からの知り合いなら一番ナチュラルなのは、やはり"Hi,how are you?"ではないですか？
けっきょくただの挨拶ですね！
そう考えてみれば、日本語の「御世話になっております」って、本当に便利な言葉ですね！！
